Erin Sullivan: Astrology Of Midlife And Aging
Intelligent examination of astrology's "generations", from the "Greatest Generation", to the baby boomers, to Generation X and beyond. Explains how each generation is unique, and what makes each one tick, from an astrological perspective.
Barbara Clow: Liquid Light Of Sex
Explains the most significant life passages (Saturn Return, Uranus Opposition, Chiron Return) in a clear, readable way. A useful appendix gives approximate dates of these passages by birth month and year.
Linda Goodman: Linda Goodman's Sun Signs
Dated, annoyingly sexist and oh so 70's, but a really fun read. In spite of its flaws, this classic still offers insightful information for every sign.
Susan Miller: Planets and Possibilities: Explore the World of the Zodiac Beyond Just Your Sign
A fun introduction to the 12 sun signs. Very readable for those with no introduction to astrology.
Elizabeth Rose Campbell: Intuitive Astrology: Follow Your Best Instincts to Become Who You Always Intended to Be
A good introduction for the beginner who doesn't want to be overloaded with information, and doesn't want to be dictated to. Lets you explore and find your own truths.

Stephen Arroyo: Astrology, Karma and Transformation: The Inner Dimensions of the Birth Chart
A dense, psychologically-oriented book to read slowly and savor. My first thought was "no way" - too long and dry -- but now I'm hooked. Go figure.
Carole Devine: Solar Arc Directions: How To Read Life's Roadmap
Carole demonstrates this accurate predictive technique through many example charts. The basic technique is simple - the subsequent chapters are tougher. A book to re-read & study.
Neil Michelsen: American Ephemeris for the Twenty-First Century: 2001-2050
A must-have reference for the serious astrologer.
Constance Stellas: Advanced Astrology for Life: Balance Your Life with Planetary Power
A concise summary of techniques and information; a helpful reference for experienced astrologers. This book has helped me to get the most from my astrology software.
Brady: Predictive Astrology P
An impressive and thorough textbook on transits, progressions and returns. Must-read for the serious student of astrology.

Chet Raymo: An Intimate Look at the Night Sky
A lovely look at the sky throughout the year. Mixing mythology and astronomy, Raymo guides the reader to search for each season's most easily found astronomical highlights, including the 12 signs of the zodiac.
Dava Sobel: Planets
A comprehensive, technical, but imaginatively written survey of each planet in our solar system. Understanding the scientific nature of each planet can truly inform your astrological investigations. I'm listening to it on CD. Sometimes it's tough going, but I still recommend it.

Juliet Sharman-Burke: Beginner's Guide to Tarot Box Set: 78 Card Deck
A great way to begin learning Tarot. The cards are beautiful - I use them in my own work. The small, concise book is surprisingly rich in its explanation of the cards.
Ruth Ann Amberstone: Tarot Tips
An accessible compendium of tips and advice for the beginner and novice students of tarot.

2. We'll arrange a phone or in-person session. You'll receive payment details and directions to my home.

3. Cost: $175 for Birth Chart readings. See detailed descriptions at right for other rates. Most sessions last about 1 1/4 hours. Secure payment with PayPal or by personal check.

Cost includes the time for your reading, as well as the time I take to prepare.

To prepare, I work on you and your chart using astrological and mathematical techniques, then continue with meditative, energetic, and intuitive work. By the time I see you, I have already done deep and careful work with your soul makeup.

Because of my great investment of time and energy in preparing for a session, I require a non-refundable $50 deposit for all new clients. In case of cancellation, you can always use your deposit towards a rescheduled session. Use the "$50" link at the bottom of my CHECKOUT page.

4. Listening again after your session:

When requested, I try to record every session. If successful, you'll leave with a CD recording of our session. The gods of technology like to mess with my setup, however, and I do not guarantee recordings. Feel free to bring your own device.
